Georgie, Paul and their amazing team really do care and you can be absolutely 100% confident that while your precious fur babies are in there care they are receiving the 5 ⭐️ treatment. The pictures I receive from every walk my pouches go on melt my heart, it makes me so happy to see them enjoying themselves so much, and get this, when the weather is wet and you’re fluff buckets get filthy you would never know, they come home clean and smell great, and I for one know what a challenge that must be.
The time and effort that goes into providing this outstanding service goes above & beyond anything I’ve experienced, the effort and organisation that goes on in the background will blow you away, not only are the team fully trained in all aspects of dog care to the point of a fully qualified dog trainer / behaviourist, they are also fully aware of all the seasonal risks that our doggies face. The team go to the extent of adjusting walking times if too hot/cold to keep your doggies safe. They will also go to the efforts of advising all client of risks too via there brilliant social media sites, All group walks are carefully matched so that all the dogs have a fantastic walk, all transport is fitted with crates, air con, portable water source, plenty of towels in the winter and a very happy driver.

They have superb communication to book things in. They are flexible as they can be if you need an emergency walk. They treat Betty as if she was one of their own. With their beautiful resident dogs Betty is always so happy when they turn up in their fully equipped and air-conditioned vans to take her for walkies. Georgie, Paul & the HHH team are just brilliant! They clearly love our dogs, care for them as if they were their own, and they take the time to get to know each & every dog to match them for their walks. I love seeing on Facebook where Herbie walked each day & who he played with! I sometimes think that he loves Georgie more than me judging by his reaction on seeing her at the door when I’ve been home when she’s collected him! Hollie has been going to doggie day care with HHH for over a year. The moment we pull up outside, Hollie cannot wait to get out of the car and she runs to the front door every morning. She’s literally shaking with excitement waiting to see whether it’s Georgie or Paul who comes to the door. She makes such a fuss of them and then rushes into the house without giving me a second thought, Hollie treats HHH as her second home and Georgie and Paul as her second mum and dad.
The daily photos of Hollie out on her walk and videos of her playing are great….she looks so happy out and about with the other dogs and I am able to share her daily experiences even though I’m not with her.
Georgie has also done some extra training with Hollie as Hollie does enjoy saying ‘Hi’ (barking) at anyone she sees passing by. HHH really care about the dogs they look after and treat them as well as they do their own dogs. Nothing is too much trouble for them. For example during the hot summer, lots of planning and care was taken to ensure dogs were walked at the coolest times of the day…if Hollie rolls in something not so nice on her walk, she always comes home clean and sweet smelling…Georgie has even washed Hollie’s coat and harness during the day

There’s only one thing more stressful than moving house, that’s finding the right team to walk your dog. The Happy Hounds Herts team were recommended to me 9 months ago, all of the team are incredibly personable, have a genuine passion for all their clients dogs and they take care of them as if they were their own. My little one gives the team the biggest welcome when they pick her up, she knows the fun she’s going to have and there’s nothing sweeter to watch them engage with each other.
I’ve had the pleasure of tagging along on a few walks with the team, every dog radiates happiness on the walk. There’s a lot of planning that goes in to their weekly schedule, the team consider all of the personalities in a group to maximise their walks. When our little Darlings roll around in muddy water they are returned home clean and smelling fresh. Happy Hounds Herts have been walking Harvey since 2017. He is walked 5 days a week by. I can honestly say I do not have a single worry about Harvey whilst he is in their care.
It is very hard to find a dog walker that you can totally trust, but from the moment Georgie and Paul came to meet Harvey I just knew they would look after him as if he were one of their own. He socialises with many dogs a
nd gets all the exercise he needs on his varied walks, they transport him safely and he is always returned home as clean as when he left. It’s clear too see they have a real passion for dogs and I would recommend them to anyone that were to require a dog walker. Halina
